The idea is to make architecture and design of the constructed environment accessible to everyone around the world.
The intent is to culminate a network of specialists who are available for questions, consultation and collaboration. Demonstrating how crafted environment (designed + constructed) adds value through improved quality of life.
It is a place for sharing experience, research, resources, tools, skills, design and innovation no matter the scale or complexity of the posed question or project.

Enjoy this series where we join a variety of specialists (professionals) for a few moments as they share their architectural journey. The recorded conversations demonstrate a variety of pathways to qualification.
Following development; the intent of the series is then to transition onto other specialist professions related to the human built environment and the construction industry. The short-films will provide insight to those who are inspired to pursue a specific career, interested in a change or simply wish to be informed.

The Self_Build Experience of a multi-generational family home. The site is in the UK, ideally located between the New Forest and Jurassic Coast, surrounded by nature with main-links to culture and cities. Our intent is to test and practice, environmental sustainability through practical methods such as design and construction of infrastructure and landscape and lifestyle changes. At this point the master plan has been designed and planning approval granted. We are located in greenbelt so permitted development was not applicable. The design had to respond to flood risk and bat mitigations, it is worth noting that bat surveys are seasonal and construction details are in development.
